Review content:
While I wouldn't sit down to coffee with the owner (I agree she can be sour, blunt and abrupt), I have repeatedly received good customer service from the owner and her employees. I have found them knowledgeable about their merchandise, especially different kinds of dance shoes, how to fit my daughter's wide feet, selecting more economical items when appropriate, etc. My daughter has more than ""a little belly"", and we have never heard a single snarky comment about her body. It is a specialty store, and the prices are specialty store prices; you couldn't get most of this merchandise in department or discount stores, and I am not willing to schlep out to Concord or Burlington at this point.
