Do not visit Alberts Photo Studio with owners Kari Spriggs and husband . My recent experience was a nightmare of unethical business practices. I was given the price of $75.00 for a ""special"" to get photos under the ""prom"" special for an event. The order was to be for a sitting of a formal gown, and business attire with all pictures given on a CD and two glossy 8X10. I was told they were wheelchair accessible. When I got there, no bathroom and no private changing room. I had someone off the street walk in on me when changing. I was told the cost was $210.00, in CASH! Kari wrote to me the night before to say they did not accept credit cards and told me I had to give her the cash or she would not release any photos. I handed her more than $100.00. She sent an email to my home email account of ONE cropped gown picture. She wrote I still owed her the rest of the money in cash before she would email me the second photo. She also wrote that if I wanted all the photos on a CD, the cost would be an additional $360.00. If I wanted them printed, would cost ver $700.00. This place is also not a corporation and could not be found registered at city level as required. Beware!
