I have shipped my horses with Lorraine many times and never had an issue. All members of the company have been friendly and accommodating. Pick ups have always been on time and prices are average if not lower than competitors. Many times I have found myself speaking directly with the owner or office managers, which is very rare in this day and age. Any potential issues have been worked out with ease and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using this company to ship.
