The only thing this UHaul has going for it is the location. And frankly, with so many others a couple of bucks away ('cause you pay a dollar per mile), it's not worth it. I've had the joy of renting from them twice and the first time was great picking up the truck - but then they charged me too much and said that they couldn't fax or email me a receipt (did an overnight drop-off), so I can't even see the charges until it gets to me in the mail. Then the next time I went in they said that they could email me the next day (and did), but that they don't have a fax machine. Both time there I heard other customers arguing over the fees or the fact that there was not a correctly sized truck reserved for them. Oh, and they don't have an elevator to their second floor storage spaces - you have to push everything UP A RAMP. Seriously, go one mile north to Somerville and store at Extra Space Storage - they'll take care of you. Given my experiences and those of the other people I heard in there, you get a $20 truck for $75 worth of charges and unlimited pain and energy. Not such a bargain. Pros: one nice employee Cons: consistently charge incorrectly, inventory is always incorrect, unempowered employees
