Awful!!!! And that is being nice...I took in a pair of shoes that I needed dyed for my wedding. I wanted them to be purple to go with the bridesmaid's dresses. The lady at the store said that she could dye them purple but that they may be a little lighter or darker than the color I picked. When I went to pick them up they were 3 different shades of purple all over the shoes with spots of black and drippings of what looked like purple paint. There were even parts of the shoes w/o dye. When I tried talking to them about it I was told too bad and they don't care. I said I would let others know and she said ""they have been in business for 25 years and what I say doesn't matter."" Stay clear of this store, you will regret going there!
