Businiess name:  Best Buy

Review content:
This is the worst Best Buy, no the worst STORE I have ever been to. The staff has no idea what anything is, and on multiple occasions I have been given incorrect info. There is always a line at returns, but you can just sweep on through checkout. The employees are cocky and rude, I had one employee ask me what was wrong with the computer I returned, I told him, then he laughed and said ""Well maybe it's the USER"". The geek Squad at this store is the worst of the worst as well. I bought a computer at this store, returned it multiple times because there were problems, and the Geek Squad lied to me and told me I needed a service I didn't, and gave me incorrect warranty info. When I contacted the computer manufacture and found this was wrong, I demanded my money back from Geek Squad for the services they provided for me. They laughed at me and told me ""it isn't their job to keep up to date on company's info"". If their selling it, it's their job. And if they don't think it is, they shouldnt give wrong info if they don't know. 3 months later I get an email from some random person that says ""hey, I just bought an open box computer at Best buy, and it has all your info on it, whats your password?"" Yes, this Best Buy re-sold my computer without wiping it, and even worse, I returned it because of hard ware issues. Also, the Geek Squad worked on my computer wearing metal on their hands, (rings, watches, etc). I thought that was a COMPLETE no no for working in a computer? After yelling at the Geek Squad over the phone, they had the person come back and wipe it. On a side note, their prices are EXTREMELY high. I have an app on my iPhone that lets me scan stuff for lower prices, I just go to this Best buy, scan what I like, then buy it cheaper elsewhere. A pair of headphones I wanted were 75 dollars at this Best buy, I found them on Amazon for 35. I have bought something from every department in this store and returned it because it didn't work. DVDs that were scratched, games that were sold new but had obviously been played, games that didn't work, computers, among other things. I racked up pretty darn close to a special rewards membership last year, I would have made it if I hadn't had to return so much of it. So to end this, their support is terrible and rude, the Geek Squad has about as much computer experience as my 80 year old Grandma. I would NOT suggest this store to ANYONE. Go elsewhere. I mean elsewhere. Buy your electronics from ANYWHERE else, just not here.
