Review content:
I went to Signatures today to use a gift card that i received. I decided to purchase product and when the receptionist put through the card she told me it was an ""inactivated card"". She took down my number and told me she would contact me once she spoke to the manager- stephanie. I received a call saying that her manager would not honor the gift certificate without a receipt. I received the card over a year ago. Because their staff didn't activate a card I shouldn't be allowed to use it? I suggest noone to purchase a gift card from this place! Their business practice is very poor. As a business owner myself I would never treat a customer that way. A great way to lose potential clients for your future.
