Review content:
The saying that you get what you pay for certainly applies when it comes to the Singing River Apartments. Being among the cheapest in Gautier, 640/month cheap-right, this does show in the living conditions of the apartment units. The upkeep is bad. The bathrooms are small and dated. The bathroom hardware is old and decrepit and the bathtub old and stained. The kitchen is also small with virtually no counter space especially if you have a washer and a dryer, and like the bathroom the hardware is just the same. In fact, the whole apartment unit is dated. So upkeep and luxury you will not find here and once signed in do not expect any major repairs until you move out. You will also have your hoodlum racket and activity, overflowing garbage bin, and the ever present smell of urine at the mailbox awning. Though management is trying to change the image of this complex the fact remains the same these apartments are old and worn out and will probably be condemned in a few years. You are in walking distance from the gas station and local grocery store, but that?s about it. If you are looking for a short term stay, as most people do, until something better comes along then this place is for you, but I recommend that you spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
