Review content:
Run as far away from Big Bob's as you possibly can. Paid for sub floor, and vinyl. Didn't get sub floor after paying $1600.00. No one was going to tell me, even though I complained, took photos to the manager. No one ever was honest enough to just say we made a mistake. Father and Son installers (are not Big Bob's employees) didn't know how to install vinyl, the seams are wrong, glue shows, cut around door frames wrong, didn't match floor seam to basement, nails are coming up through floor, bubbles and waves in floor.The entire floor is ruined. Big Bobs offered to have the same father/son team come back and do it again!!!!! No Thank You. I would never recommend Big Bob's to anyone. Call Empire carpet, work is wonderful, installers are upstanding polite people, NOT Jail / opossum people installers.
