Don't ever use SHADY OAK VET! they are by far the worst business I've ever dealt with... My dog had surgery there because his neuter was infected when we got him, so they had to put in new stitches... Long story short, when I dropped him off, they couldn't find his file so they just wrote my number on a piece of scratch paper to call me after his surgery. I dropped him off at 8am, I was there before they even opened and they did not start his surgery until 5pm. they gave me no discharge instructions or invoice when I picked him up and when I asked the girl said ""I don't know I didn't work with him"" My husband called the next day and we found out we were supposed to come back in 10 days to have the stitches removed because they were not disolvable, but I was not told that when I asked at the vet. So we brought him back got the stitches out and now about a month later....... I just found another stitch in him!!!! They also gave him a booster he didn't need and charged us for it... So we had to get our money back for that too... What a unbelieveable experience. Never dealt with a worse, more unorganized business than this one. If I could rate this 0 stars I would because 1 star is more than this place deserves.
