Non-English speaking foreigners who don't know where anything is in Kansas City...They will ask you how to get there...so not only do you have to pay for the ride but you also have to work it because they don't know where anything is in Kansas City, MO.......and then the audacity, if you have the nerve to complain, they have the nerve to tell you that you should feel lucky they picked up the ride, because they can get other fares and don't have to pick you up....I've placed so many complaints on them and the managers or supervisors are as useless as these foreign cab drivers...Let me tell you something Mufasa or whatever your name is...if you don't like your job, then quit...I pay your salary so don't bite the hand that feeds you - CLOSE OUR BORDERS EVERYWHERE!
