Horrible experience with the manager, Sue M. I brought in some baby things 2 times the summer of 2010. Of course, I received way less for them than they were worth. On top of it that, they gave me the prepaid VISA cards and neither time told me they expired, and they gave me old cards that expired after a couple of months. When I went to use them, they were already expired. I contacted Sue and she assured me, she would get my money/cards re-issued and that they should have been good for 3-6 months. After nearly a year of e-mail conversations, she had no intention of ever re-issuing the cards, and now ignores my e-mails. Not only did she get all of my merchandise to sell, but kept all of my money too (the VISA company told me the money goes back to the store when the cards aren't used in time). She is a crook, and some day she will get what she deserves. Do not go to this store - you will be sorry.
