How do you turn the cellar of a 150 year old building into one of the coolest spots anywhere ?? You create an awesome patio and serve some of the world's greatest beers, and they will come. Unique food and adding a much needed upstairs dining and bar to match the downstairs. Nobody is a stranger once you're in there for a beer either. I'll keep going back any time on near Main Street St Charles
