Review content:
I brought in a blurry and faded color picture of my dad taken on an old Kodak Instant camera back in 1969. Carol was able to scan the picture into her computer and then restore the picture. She was able to bring his face out so it was more recoginzable and more clear (not as faded or blurry) and restore the color. She allowed me to view her work on the computer, and I was able to give input about the retouching work. Together, we were able to get a picture that is more clear and not as faded or as blurry. Now, I am able to display it in a frame. A special memento.
Pros: Professional, Knowledgeable, Patient, Inquiring, Upfront and honest with regard to what can and cannot be done.
