the people were friendly and pleasant... until i showed them the fresh scuff and dent on my car after going through. the guy that came and looked at it said there was no way their machine did it, but moved quickly to buff out the scuff mark. he then informed me that he would give my info to the owner, but that the owner would also deny responsibility because of other preexisting blemishes on my car. so... if you have any scratches or dents on your car, don't go here because they'll refuse any responsibility, even if the damage is obvious and fresh. oh, and he also told me about the owner's high-tech camera system and how he could zoom in to show that the dent was already there.. as if i were making it up or something, really!!! honestly, with a broken tail light lens and scuffed up bumper, why would i concoct a story about just the dent above my wheel well? think about it...
