After stumbling upon this review while searching the web, I was stunned they would allow this kind of slander be published. I used Jaqua's and their catering services in 2007 as well as this review. My services was nothing like this, it was the complete opposite. The FOOD WAS AMAZING, no matter what this person says. As for running out of salad with 25 guest left, who would skimp out on salad? It is the cheapest thing to serve, this reviewer is a liar. I talked to the owners and found out this person wanted more than they were willing to pay for. So after trying to penny pinch everything they could they for their services they told the owner they were going to write horrible reviews online, sadly to say it worked. I used them, and would recommend anyone to use them, again the FOOD IS AMAZING, and shame on these people for this terrible review.
