I have been a client of Mark's for some time now. I have never experienced anything negative. Anything I need they are willing to help without hesitation. Mark is such a personable agent unlike a lot of agents out there who screen calls. If I need to speak with him, again there is never any hesitation. Mark and his team members remember everyone who walks through the door and has always been helpful. And just for a little information with this other nasty review.. I myself had a problem not getting my ID cards for my car so I called up there and the girls let me know that they are not the ones who send those cards out. They come from their head office. So please get the facts before you try to be rude about something you have no idea about. I have never heard anything negative about this agency for as long as I have been there and have referred lots of family and friends who have nothing but good things to say.
