I found this place here on CitySearch and noted that it had consistently good reviews. It's only a a few minutes from our place, so I made the trip down with a broken zipper on one of my brown suede boots.
I'd already had 2 places tell me it would be near impossible to fix, and if it could be fixed, it would be a small fortune to have it repaired.
Oriti's was not only able to replace my zipper with a new, heavier duty one, but do it in less than 48 hours for less than $14!
I'm very impressed with Oriti's, and will go back any time I need shoe repairs in the future. Note that they only take cash or check.
Pros: Fast repair, very inexpensive.
Cons: None.
