If you need to ask your stylist something, it won't happen here. The staff is at a constant chatter with each other, even acting out on the styling floor what they did the night before. They could use training on hair color and the area where they wash your hair is dirty and unkempt. I could tell you all about the owner, where she is going for dinner, who's wedding it is etc, because I heard it all first hand from the stylists talking to each other. This isn't why I go to get my hair cut. I would really just rather consult with my stylist and have a great haircut. I really don't care to hear from the stylists who has cancer and who's daughter is going to prom and what Gym you worked out at last night and I do not wish to see the routine acted out in front of me by any one of the stylists. It was gross and disgusting and that stylist should be fired. I so desperately wanted to ask my stylist a question and was unable to even when my hair was being washed. She talked the entire time and when she wasn't talking someone was talking to her. She was so disconnected it was infuriating. And the stylists and owners shouldn't be replying to honest reviews that customer's make. Learn from it, you are losing customers. \r
