We purchased a living room suite , as well as a recliner from yoast..they were supposed to have ordered us the living room suite, for it was going to be 3 to 4 weeks before we were ready for it. We were remodeling our house, but when we went to pick it up , They didn't have nor did they attempt to order the suite we wanted, All they had was the floor model, which we really didn't want, but it was the design and color we wanted.. So we purchased it any way, with yoast assuring use it had the same warranty as if it were ordered it... Well within a week after we got it home , we found a flaw in the cushion, we called They said to bring it by, we did.... Then they told us it was our responsability to have cushion fixed, because it was a floor model and ashley furniture doesn't warranty floor models, Just the opposite of what they told us before they made a sale.. I Would not recomend any one to deal with these people, They will tell you anything to make a sale!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO WARRANTY AFTER SALE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
