took my rv there for them to look at damage, did not want a written estimate but the serviceman was out so i had to leave the rv. when i went to pick the rv up, i was charged $95.00 or they would not let me take the rv. i spoke to the woman twice about this and now she miraculously doesnt remember talking to me. shady business for sure
