I used the word scuzz because when I closed on my house purchased through ""best""* homes this is what I was reffered to as by Esther LaRubio founder and president of ""best""* homes. To be degraded in anyway by a ""business professional"" is in no way shape or form ethical. Also I have forgotten to mention when these low lives got their money at the closing table they had to be reminded by their lawyer to give me the purchaser the keys to the home. WOW use these scuzzballs at your own risk I would consider paying people not to use them. If you want a real real estate agency use a company like scott dobrin where people actually enjoy their work and arent in for a dollar. I do not have any affiliation with Scott Dobrin realty just speaking from the heart. Beware of ""best""* homes and their shyster tactics and unprofessionalism.
Pros: They have a very nice lawyer
