i bought my 4 tires from them 7 months ago. All 4 tires are defective, the tires have deep cracks inside of the tires. took the car to Carrolls tire wharehouse. the short guy in the front desk told me that it was weather cracks and it was normal for tires to crack. wow he told me that just by looking at my tire from the window. this bastard just blow me off. I had a second opinion with another tire shop and the guy was lol what the troll from the carrolls tires said to me.
