Review content:
I have spent ALOT of money in this store over the past few months they have been open... The stuff is not cheap and probably way over priced but I want to support our town and it's small business owners! HOWEVER, I bought a pair of flip flops for my daughter as a christmas present. The flip flops were to small and we wanted to return them for a size larger. I was told NO because it was past 15 days and they do not accept returns. The flip flops were in perfect condition and not worn. I think a little discretion was in order here. I understand having return policies to protect small business owners but to openly shun a good customer that spends a ton of money in your store is a REALLY bad business model! I ask that the owner Bobbie call me, but I doubt she will. I informed them I would not be shopping in that store again and I do plan to let our EXTREMLY small community know all about my experience
