Review content:
This is a great piece of sand. The water is calm and warm. When the tide is in, the shallow water goes forever. When the tide goes out, the beach doubles in size but is a muddy brown/black color below the top inch or so. Parking is good, there are bathrooms and the snack bar doesn't try to gouge you. The view to the east from this beach is the stuff Cape Cod travel guides are made of.
Pros: Shallow Calm Water, Convenient Bathrooms, Family Friendly
Cons: Mud when tide is out., Limited concessions
