Le Pain Quotidien uses great organic ingredients and keeps it simple!
This makes for true flavor in their food. After trying their tartines I truely can say
fresh organic ingredients are REAL FOOD! You will leave with your body and
pallet fully satisfied. At first they seem very set in their own ways, not allowing many
substitutions. But when your try their food you understand why they want their food
presented in the way they do. Its all about true flavor! Its nice to have a unique place like
this in a city full of cloned European cafes.
