Review content:
Going to this Target really depends on your car situation and tolerance for city traffic. If you're going only to pick up a few specific items, then metroing to this Target is a good idea. If you happen to live within walking distance, then this is also the store for you.
However, if you need to drive there, I'd find another Target or similar store in MD or VA. The problem with this Target is you basically have to pay a 2 dollar cover charge just to go, and that's only if you spend an hour there. Also, traffic is seriously awful. I've sat in 20-minute lines just to park.
My recommendation: look at a map and other store locations before committing to going to this one.
Pros: Huge selection, easy metro access
Cons: Parking is expensive, traffic is terrible
