Review content:
A huge part of what makes a shop great is the service, and Hu's has it. I've always been greeted warmly here and the salespeople are never standoffish or pretentious (unlike many boutiques in Georgetown). They carry an excellent selection of shoes and some other accessories (like purses) from many designer names, some of whom you can't find elsewhere in DC: Alexander McQueen, Lanvin, and Costume National, to name a few. The salespeople are eager to help especially if you're looking for something specific, they will personally bring you a selection of shoes if you're not exactly sure what to try on. Expect to pay big bucks here, however - because of their designer-caliber selection, it's hard to find shoes for less than $200. But if you've got the money, spend it here.
