Hands down the best repair store in San Diego. Do not go anywhere else!!! My Rolex (which I had seriously damaged in a gardening incident) would not keep the time and after taking it to several high end watch repair stores over the past year and paying over $5,000 to have it fixed, I was desperate. I couldn't believe this expensive watch was just broken and I didn't know what to do because everyone kept saying it was unfixable and Rolex only warranties for 1 year. I took it to Gerhard & Son and within 30 seconds, Son had it open and knew exactly what was wrong with it. He said he would have it as good as new in a week. I went home hopeful and in one week he had fixed it! The watch looked brand new and has held the time perfectly. (I waited to write the review to be sure!) I am so thrilled. I can't say enough positive things about Son and his talents. He truly worked a miracle! Thank you Son!
