I have purchased 2 homes from Caliber and disagree with the previous reviews. I have had nothing but a great experience. From the sales person to the final walk thru, it was a great experience. Customer Service was easy, the superintendent came right out to address the problem we had with our issue. The repair was done before I got back from work. I disagree with the other posters. Maybe their experience was not that bad and just want to sling mud. I dealt directly with Mr. Lichtie on the closing on the first home, and received all the information requested. We closed in a timely manner. The title company was easy to deal with and did not give me any sense of doing a bad deal. I received my paperwork in the mail less than 10 days after recording. The trades that worked on my home seemed to be content. I did not go right up and ask if they had issues, but believe me, if they did, I would have seen it in the quality of the home that was being built for me. My 1st home was completed in 2005, the second home was just completed in 2007 and I loved the first, sold it for a huge profit to be able to purchase and close on the second. I have not had one item come back to me as the responsible seller on the 1st. Please check the homes out for yourself, I know you will be glad you did. Caliber builds a great home and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL MY FAMILY as well as MY FRIENDS. Go take a look at the homes, check out the parade of homes, as I did before purchasing. You will find out why they won in the parade.
