Review content:
We celebrated my friend?s b-day there and have made a reservation a week before. Waiters are extremely inexperienced. Food orders were mixed up, someone was completely forgotten. It took about two hours to deliver the dinner for the group of eight and place was everything else than busy. Music is too loud, food is overpriced and the restaurant adds up the automatic service charge that is added to the bill. This does not include gratuity! We were also not informed at time of booking that there is a minimum charge (about $80) and a separate service charge (probably a common thing in all russian restaurants). Only when we went to place our order, we were informed of this. All this is not acceptable. I will not recommend this place for anyone, even though the place itself is glamorous with beautiful decor.
