Review content:
As a happy customer of Dr. Shackelford, I assure you that he does indeed stand by his product. You should have talked with him instead of any other employee.
This would have accomplished two things:
1) Given Doc the chance to make things right
2) Inform Doc of the employee claiming to be a manager.
To say Dr. Shackelford has horrid staff and product is just plain ignorant. You never stated what you ordered beyond 'lenses'. There are many types of 'lenses' available and he has different vendors/labs to go through for them.
The scratches may not have been your fault from misuse, but chances are Dr. Shackelford never knew of your problem.
With that in mind, to put out a bad vibe online about someone & their business because one of their employees makes a bad decision just isn't fair.
Especially since you never went back in to talk with anybody, you just decided to handle it over the phone... where they couldn't see the scratches. Doesn't seem smart.
Myra was not a manager and no longer works there fyi.
Pros: Dr. Shackelford: Personal service when given the chance.
Cons: Glasses are expensive no matter where you go!
