Review content:
With friendly service and a variety of Japanese dishes on their simple menu, Gen is great for UCI students on the go, a quick business lunch or a meet-up spot for friends. Located at the University Center, the busiest time is lunch when corporates and collegiates rush to get their Japanese fix. There is always something new and interesting to try- its easy not to get in a slump of gettimg the same thing. Their katsu bowls are delicious, substantial meals, as are their soba noodle soups and rice bowls. There sushi is simple and fresh and convenient.
Pros: Variety of great Japanese dishes for a decent price
