I just was reading the review submitted by mr.smith, who obviously doesn't have a clue what he is talking about. I fell compelled to set the record straight.
We have lived in the temecula valley since 1976, and we have used Rightway since the owner of the company Bob ""sam"" Harding was on the truck. Let me tell you, this man has more integrity that any person in business we have met. Back in the 80's our system was backing up on Chrismas Eve. Bob, came to our house with his 6 year old little girl, and roto rooted our home. This poor girl sat there excited about Santa until daddy was done.
Over the past 2 decades we have used Rightway, for septic service and Certification in our real estate business. He always has friendly professional drivers and would NOT allow any customer to be mistreated. When I read this I contacted Rightway and asked Bob about this alleged employee. Bob, explained that Dennis worked for his father at another septic/toilet company which his father owned and sold to Waste Mangement, Dennis had experience and told them he had no crimal record.... He said, ""Even after I found out he lied, I talked to him about it , because I believe a real man might make a bad decision, but is capable of turning his life around"". He then said Dennis was not with the company anymore, and had only worked there about a month.
Again, I am telling my story because I believe that a person who has worked his whole life with dignity, deserves to have the CORECT story told. In fact he said that there was a former discruntaled employee that was posting all sorts of negative things online.
RightWay is a solid company with an A +++ reputation, don't believe all that you hear without knowing the true identidy of the person behind the story.
Larry you should be ashamed of yourself..... If that is your real name.
