I called in to get a second opinion about a serivce that was being done at another dealership and the service advisor here told me ""that Ford would not cover that tow to their dealership""- which I didn't expect or ask about. He then proceeded to tell me that ""I was getting too many people involved in my situation""- when I just simply wanted a second opinion. I was taken back at how degrading the service advisor I spoke to was, and what lack of customer service they have here. I will NEVER bring my truck here. Their service department is a complete disappointment.
