RUN AWAY! Do not go to this Firestone if you value your time, energy, and money. Beware if they touch anything other than your tires. They can put on tires cheaply, but that's about it. I have been here three times and each time was progressively worse than the last. They do not call customers when they say they will, they do not pick you up on time when they say they will, the car is never ready when they say it'll be, and the workmanship is questionable. The 2nd time I was there they said my car would be ready in two hours. It ended up being 3.5 hrs. That time they repaired a part on my car, didn't put it in right the first time, it came loose two months later and was a borderline safety issue. My other automechanic looked at the loose part and he said it was not installed correctly because two bolts on the part were missing and had fallen off. I called Firestone, they told me the technician who fixed it was not very good and didn't work there anymore. Firestone repaired the part for free since there is a 6 month warranty, but in the process they left grease stains and smudges all over the back seat and on the upholstery on the door. They do not have a shuttle service but they do ""courtesy"" pick ups and drop offs, but don't count on them being there when they say they will. They can give an estimate of when they will be there, but add an hour to that to get the real time. If you get tired of waiting and call to say you'll wait another fifteen minutes and then you'll get a ride from someone else, they may not communicate well with each other to cancel the ride. This means that your car won't be at Firestone when you get there because someone will be driving it to pick you up, even though you cancelled the ride. So you'll wait for that person to bring your car back. After all this trouble all you'll get is an ""I'm sorry,"" a car full of grease stains on the carpet and upholstery, and several hours of lost time, not to mention lost money.Go to Autopia instead. Pros: can put on wheels with tires cheaply, $5/wheel Cons: can't do other repairs well, leave grease stains in your car, can't accurately estimate how much time a repair will take, don't pick up on time
