DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!
This bank submitted 3 late payment to the credit bureaus affecting my credit score over and over again. I have been trying to refinance with a different bank and I have not been able to because of this and because their loan officers don't really care about their loans and customers. I am now dealing the Senior Vice President/Consumer Loan Manager who insists that the 3rd late payment they submitted was due to me not returning their calls. He is using this excuse to be very unprofessional. Even though none of this would've happened if they had done their job right in the first place. The person that was dealing with my loan either got fired or quit....and no one else was assigned to my loan (the same guy that I was working with had to email the VP and ask for an update..even though he was no longer working for them). By the time I got a hold of someone my extension had expired causing me even more headaches.
Please, avoid yourself all the trouble and find another bank.
