Our experience at Sun Shine Floors was the horrible. We had the unfortunate luck of meeting with Steve D. who does not know the first thing about customer service. He came out to measure our home for an installation of carpet and tile. He would not even measure it the way we wanted it. He never took our name or phone number to follow up. We went back to get the name of the tile we liked to go to another store. He said the owner wanted to offer us a discount on the carpeting, but still did not take our name or number. On our final trip back, the amount of tile we needed increased per Steve. We asked for a discount and said we could pay cash. He told us our $11,000 job was not big, therefore, not worthy of any discount. He also said if we had the cash to bring it in and lay it on the table so the owner could see it on the video monitors.
Pros: They have a lot to choose from
