I returned this tax free weekend to buy another bed for a grandchild. (bought here two years ago). I found that the parents were no longer involved in the business and knew that it was time to leave. They (the parents) made me feel comfortable buying, but not this time. The atmosphere has turned to something that borders on ""sleazy"" for lack of a better term. The sales staff, (2 people), remind me of used car salesmen. If you need kids beds, you're better off going ANYWHERE else. The furniture is okay & I'm happy with my prior purchase with a few small problems that a trip to the local hardware store fixed, but it now seems to be a fly by night operation. I don't see it being around in the future for service. I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere.
