The staff, especially the dentist was so rude and unwelcoming, acting if it was he had to owe a huge debt to humanity, you choose to be a dentist. Under a 2 minute diagnosis, he didn't tell me but spoke in russian to his assistant and I had to ask what he just said. Further he was annoyed by my questions, because he couldn't believe i had the nerve to ask questions, who does this guy think he is? this dentist at staten island mall dental told me I have 4 cavities. Today I went to my new dentist and I have 0 cavities. be careful if you go to this dentist, it seems theyre just out to con you. The only good, I saw in this office was the receptionist, she was very helpful and nice.
