My wife and I love Thai food, so we were delighted to find that this was so close and had reasonable prices. When we arrived, we found that the dining area was very crowded, to the point where we couldn't hear each other and could hear the details of our neighboring tables' conversations.
We ordered two iced coffees and two bowls of curry. We waited for 30-40 minutes without being served -- not even our coffee. People who had arrived after us were being served drinks and appetizers, but they seemed to have forgotten us. They did not even check on us or tell us how long it would be.
We finally decided that we couldn't wait any longer, and left. After we'd gone about twenty feet, one of the male employees came out after us, shouting that the food was ready. We said that we'd waited too long and that we did not want it. We walked away, but he kept following us and harassing us, saying that he would follow us until we came back to the restaurant and that we were somehow doing something illegal.
We had not consumed (or even seen) any of their food or drink -- otherwise, we obviously would have paid them. We left because we were too busy to wait another half hour for our food! My wife was creeped out and very upset, and we went home feeling disgusted and harassed.
Pros: I got some free water. Woohoo.
