Review content:
I want to let all Reno residents to be aware of Dr. Lafferty's practice and her policies. First, she charged my medical insurance for procedures I did not recieve. Then when I complained, she added it to my credit report as unpaid. Then a few years later I requested my records for another doctor, and she told be they threw my records out... but I still owe them money.
Pros: It was convient to get to office
Cons: she overcharged my insurance and then destoyed records
