Having had the real thing in Philadelphia, I have always wanted a true philly steak here in the Burgh.
Southside Steaks has completely satiated my craving for an authentic steak!
The true Philly way of ordering is getting it ""one Whiz wit"" that means One with onions and cheez whiz. The whiz is where it's at!
Kudos to Southside Steaks for bringing authentic steaks to the 'burgh!!!!!!
