Review content:
Bought home at American Home Center Kennewick on 19th and Structure good, installation of finishing materials and interior items left lot to be desired. Overall very unhappy with quality of work of construction crew used at this company. Drywall finishing poor, Baseboards/mouldings done poorly; cabinets very poorly put together, uneven, hinges coming undone, great deal of stapling rather than screws/nails. Tile work for counters/trim very poor, corners have all come off, some side pieces, grout work was ok but not great. Weather seals on doors/windows came off or had gaping holes from edge to drywall.(All within 6 months and less from the home being finished) One major appliance already dead, googling showed all apps discontinued!! Garage overpriced, concrete floor uneven and pools. Concrete from walkways/patio splattered on siding and windows, can't remove. Tub faucets leaking. Range not installed right. Carpet very poorly installed and is already fraying/pulling. Left lots trash outside, repairs made constantly. Use own contractors!
