Review content:
A native New Yorker and restaurant owner, I was rather impressed with the atmosphere, drink selection and crowd at Club Soda and considered myself a regular there. I was appalled with the service, though, and now refuse to patronize the establishment. A friend of mine ordered a Red Bull w/ Vodka and recieved the following response ""7-Eleven is down the street...We don't serve that stuff here."" What kind of elitist response is that? Who did this bartender think he was? Is a Red Bull and Vodka not up to the high class standards of this upscale Norfolk martini bar? Give me a break. If you don't serve the drink, fine. Just say so. Do not belittle the guests. That's bad business. You probably think that my friend probably didn't belong in a place like this, but he is owns a golf course. He is no stranger to up-scale.
