Review content:
The Employees running the rental department have no idea what they are doing. I kept getting harassed by them, stating all of these things i wasn't allowed to do in the place i was renting even though there was no mention of it in the contract i signed. When i brought that to their attention they had nothing to say about it, they just danced around the problem. Once i gave them my 30 days notice of moving out, they let me know ONE time that there would be somebody coming over to look at the place and someone from the management company would be there to show it, and nobody ever even showed up. There were multiple times where the company would just show up(without any notice to me) to show to possible renters, with complete disregard that i was still living there. They even showed the place when i was out of town and they left lights and the air conditioning on. Take caution with Advantage Management, i have had a horrible experience with them, and would not recommend them to anyone.
