I have lived with Advantage management being in charge of our town home HOA for 3 1/2 years now and have had nothing but bad experiences. The included insurance for your home does not cover doors, garage doors, and windows because ""they are both inside and outside parts of the house"" sounds like a bad excuse to not cover these parts of your home so they can save money. Our HOA fee has also gone up twice totaling about $25 more per month in the past 3 1/2 years. This is due to bad builders of our townhomes and so we have to pay for their mistakes which does not make sense. Snow removal never happens. I highly recommend running from this management system.
