Stopped in for service on my work truck at 4pm this afternoon (Monday). A simple tweak to the computer to activate the cruise control is all i needed. Service writer told me that their techs only worked from 8a to 5p during the week. What about that $2000 neon sign on the building that says service open from 7a to 7p? We only do oil changes after 5pm he says. He also refused to suggest another dealer who might be open. What a surprise. A car dealer that lies in its advertising and who pretends they're the only dealer in the world. If they can't tell you the truth in their advertising, how can they possibly be trusted to tell the truth when you need something repaired--or when you buy a car from them? And people wonder why the world thinks Americans are lazy and stupid? What a typical American work ethic.
