My positive experience with USA Security is hands down better than my previous 2 security companies. They installed a Honeywell intrusion panel and put up 4 cameras at my house. Although they did a great job of doing the installation, it's the other parts of their business that sets them apart. First, they showed me how to view my cameras at my house from the internet. Now I can see what's going on at my property from work, at the lake, or on family trips. Second, they showed me I can disarm/arm my panel to my house from my phone. Now I can let in people to my house without having to give them my passcode! Finally, their customer service is sooo much better than my previous experiences. I get someone I can understand and someone who is very personable. Thank You!!
