Review content:
I had the owner Jason from reality customs pick up my bike October of 2005 after telling him the color and giving him a picture of the exact color, which should have been a oriental blue by House of Kolor and also told him the graphics I wanted on the bike, he told me it would be no problem. He first painted the bike blue and then told me that he had to take the bike to another painter because he couldn't do the artwork. Well after a year of talking with his so called airbrush guy the artwork was looking horrible, and the guy couldn't get it right. Even when I gave him a picture to go by. I called Jason and told him just forget it and paint the bike blue and give it back. He started bringing parts back over that didn?t match from top to bottom and had dust and streaks in the paint. I called him and told him the problems I was having and he tells me once the bikes bolted together you wont see it. I told him that this was not acceptable he said he would make it right and knew a different air brusher that could do the artwork that I wanted. After some serious hesitation I went ahead and let him try to make it right. Needless to say he didn?t. To make a long story short after taking it to a different air brusher who knew what he was doing the graphics turned out great. But it has been over a year since he has dropped the bike off, the paint never hardened. After him telling me that it would when I called him back after three months. Now he will not even return my phone calls. I paid him a total of $7,995.00 for all the artwork and paint, that never hardened. I would strongly suggest using someone else if you need any type of paintwork done, his attention to detail is absolutely horrible. And if you have a problem with you paint job he will not stand behind it, like I said it?s been over a year and the paint is still not hard. I can peel it off with my fingernail, and if you set it in the sun its even worse.
Pros: There quick to take your money
Cons: You can't get ahold of them when you have a problem with there work.
